By accessing or using the GradeOneView platform and related services (the "Service") provided by GradeOneView LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GradeOneView is a practice management and financial operations platform designed for healthcare professionals. The Service may include financial data aggregation, bookkeeping assistance, tax projections, billing reconciliation, scheduling, CME tracking, and related tools.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
The Service may connect to third-party financial services (e.g., QuickBooks Online, bank accounts, brokerage platforms) at your direction. You authorize us to access and retrieve your financial data from these services for the purpose of providing the Service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party services.
The Service provides tools and projections for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, tax, legal, or medical advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
The Service, including all software, content, design, and documentation, is the property of GradeOneView LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property at all times.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any data you input, upload, or sync to the Service. Upon account termination, you may request export of all your data in a standard format.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GradeOneView LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on projections, calculations, or data provided by the Service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.
For healthcare users processing Protected Health Information (PHI), a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) governs our obligations under HIPAA. The BAA supplements these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
